Clearance Monitors

We offer a range of highly sensitive tool and clearance monitors developed to measure a broad range of materials prior to release from a nuclear-licensed site.

All monitors feature shielded chambers surrounded by large volume plastic scintillation detectors for a rapid, sensitive, and robust 4pi detection of gamma-emitting nuclides. We can provide you with a choice of chamber sizes to accommodate a range of objects, from small individual tools and bags to large drums and crates.

For improved oversight, all our clearance monitors can be networked to a centralized data point, meaning measurement and maintenance data can be gathered from a number of monitors and analyzed from a remote location.
